This 1990s maxi dress is a real stunner! The bias cut is a throw back to the 1930s and fits snuggly to the body, hugging it but still allowing movement. Thin straps with buttons up the back from the waist up. Scoop neckline in front with an empire waist. Made of gorgeous slinky black rayon with a faux brocade print. Side zipper. Slips over the head.
